At the top there will be a preset dropdown, simply choose. ![]() I was somehow slowing mine down with an outdated version of EA no Lash mod and Lumia's no eye reflection. Secondly i would advise you to consider getting a tray importer for sims 4 (currently not home so i cant remember the name of the program buy they are free) and in cas next time make a sim full of stuff you aren't sure about having in your game or if you don't really use it or need it and with the sim tray importer/exporter you can easily pin point and find those unwanted cc files and take them out. I did that with my computer and it helped loading times for more than just sims 4. Get WinDirStat to see where you have most files and marie kondo your way through it. I am no expert but my suggestions would be to clean up your entire computer first. My computer is getting older and this is happening to it now too. Run it and pick the right API fro this game (must be a Direct X game). Just to clarify, i have a LOT of cc, it slows down my game, and when I last tried this, i barely had any cc, so I'm not sure if it has to do with the amount of custom content I downloaded ? After that, drop the presets where the game main exe is, which is also where ReShade's DLLs should be. I think my laptop can be slow, it is second hand, but im not sure it has anything to do with it being previously used, though I'm not sure.Īny help will be appreciated ! I'm worried that it's because my laptop is too slow. I'm disappointed by this because I love reshades, and they really help with the look of my game. Everytime I try to add a reshade, it makes my game very laggy ! my tip is: press tab > press shift+f2 to show reshade settings just so u can point where to focus with the mouse > press it again to hide reshade settings > take your pic. I downloaded a reshade, and have the necessary app to place it in my game. dof is mouse driven (got the idea from pickypikachu), meaning it’ll focus where the mouse is pointed. Hi !
